php33 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"php33," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the php33 online gaming platform and its operating entity. "Platform" means the php33 website at php33.org and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and services. "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on or accesses the Platform. "Account" means your registered php33 player account. "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held in your Account. "Game" means any bingo, slot, live casino, sports betting, fishing game, or other gaming product offered on the Platform. "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, or reward issued by php33 to eligible Players.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

🔞 php33 is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. This age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. By registering, you declare under penalty of account closure and fund forfeiture that you are at least 21 years of age.

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or automated system) to hold a php33 Account.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, PAGCOR exclusion list, or php33's internal exclusion list.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of php33 or any affiliated entity.
• Only one Account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

php33 reserves the right to request valid government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, PhilHealth ID) at any time to verify age, identity, or eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Registration

To access php33 Games, you must register a valid Account. During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.1 Account Accuracy

All information provided to php33 must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity, or false contact details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• php33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) via your Account security settings.
• You must notify php33 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• php33 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting php33 live chat support. php33 may close or suspend an Account at any time for breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or at our sole discretion. Balances in compliant Accounts will be returned to the Player upon closure, subject to verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

php33 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. php33 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider's own fees may apply. Deposits from third-party accounts (i.e., accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified GCash/Maya account registered in your name.
• The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. The maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.
• php33 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified Accounts. Processing times may be extended during KYC review or periods of high volume.
• php33 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawals exceeding threshold amounts.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). php33 does not operate multi-currency accounts. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing rate at the time of credit.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

php33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, bingo card credits, and tournament prizes to eligible Players. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued in good faith and are intended for recreational players. php33 reserves the right to withhold or reverse Bonuses where abuse, arbitrage, or exploitation is suspected.
• A Player may only claim each specific promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• php33 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not wagered within the stated expiry period will be forfeited.
• Winnings generated from Bonus funds may be capped at a maximum withdrawal amount as stated in the promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

Each Game on the php33 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the Game interface. In the event of any conflict between Game-specific rules and this Agreement, the Game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that Game only.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All php33 slot and non-live Games use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Live casino Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by human dealers in professionally audited studios. php33 does not manipulate Game outcomes.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a Game session, php33 will endeavour to reconstruct the session from server logs. If reconstruction is not possible, php33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the at-risk stake to the Player's Wallet. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies where applicable.

6.3 Collusion & Cheating

Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, collude with other Players or live dealers, or manipulate Game outcomes by any means constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. Such conduct will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the specific prohibitions above, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php33 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or while on any gaming exclusion list.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php33 staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Reselling, transferring, or assigning your Account or any Wallet balance to another party.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, bot, script, or automated system to interact with the Platform.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement.

8. Responsible Gaming

php33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your php33 Wallet.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Request permanent or long-term Account exclusion via php33 live chat support. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the elected period.
• Reality Checks — Optional session time reminders available in account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the php33 Platform — including but not limited to the php33 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, and data — is the exclusive property of php33 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any php33 content without express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php33's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if php33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

php33 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect access. php33 is not responsible for losses attributable to such interruptions.

11. Privacy & Data

php33's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy, which is compliant with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Amendments

php33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without prejudice to any regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.

Before initiating formal proceedings, Players are encouraged to attempt resolution through php33's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support via live chat. php33 commits to acknowledging disputes within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 5 business days.
